Katelyn Montgomery: Founder, President

Katelyn Montgomery Katelyn is the founder of Worldgate, llc and is responsible for helping to define Worldgate's vision, values, policies, and corporate strategy. Katelyn brings 15 years of sales, marketing, and account management experience across both small and enterprise business in the IT, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. In her executive leadership roles, she has been responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing implementation of several large scale initiatives. Katelyn earned her MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and is proud to be an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire. She is passionate about Worldgate's programs to give back to the community and is also kept on her toes by her three young children.


Gretchen M. Krampf, MSOD, PCC: Director of Strategic Business Transformation Services

Gretchen M. Krampf Gretchen Mary Krampf has more than thirty years experience in the fields of education, behavioral science, leadership development and business management. An Organizational Development consultant, Ms. Krampf has facilitated re-engineering strategies for clients through careful needs analysis and process orientation, including coaching, facilitation and training modalities. Using a systems thinking approach, Gretchen has achieved organizational and human resource goals through assessment, development and implementation processes. She has developed and presented seminars for sales training, customer service, negotiation skills, profitable business relationships, group dynamics, communication and conflict resolution, management skills and diversity. Skilled and intuitive, Gretchen has been successful in guiding leaders as they integrate organizational and process improvement initiatives.

As an Executive Coach, Gretchen is a catalyst for positive, proactive change in action-oriented individuals leading change in their organizations. She works with leaders, educators and high potential executives on honing their leadership style, improving results-oriented communication skills, increasing their emotional intelligence and guiding their teams to higher levels of engagement. Successful clients value her keen intuition and her role as a challenging, yet empathetic, sounding board for their creativity, leadership, resource management and business development. Clients include public and independent schools and private, non-profit and philanthropic organizations on the east and west coasts.


Paul J. King, MS, CITP, ACC: Director of Systems Integration

Paul J. King Paul's background as a senior technology executive includes roles as Managing Director of eBusiness Technology for Marsh and McLennan corporation, divisional CIO for the JP Morgan Chase Government Services Division, and Director of Technology for the US Program at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. His expertise lies in strategic information systems initiatives, business process improvement, and change management. As a strategic technology adviser, he assists entrepreneurs, executives and organizational leaders by helping them to develop appropriate business and technology strategies, identifying appropriate business practices and process improvements, and bringing together proven implementation partners. Paul is currently a strategic adviser to the Council for Chief State School Officers, and has also worked with the U.S. Department of Education, a number of State Departments of Education, organizations such as the National School Boards Association, the National Student Clearinghouse, as well as several European Ministries of Education.


Sharon Connelly: Project Manager

Sharon Connelly Sharon is a proven hands-on leader and has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead large and small engagement teams ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Sharon's unique perspective on leadership, change and project management has given her the ability to identify the appropriate project management processes, technologies and methodologies that can seamlessly be implemented to drive results for her clients in a purposeful and powerful way. She concentrates on establishing project management environments where resources can work collaboratively to achieve common goals, while maintaining responsibilities and project commitments. Over the years, Sharon has found that the appropriate solution includes various aspects of Project & Program Management (scope definition, team configuration, dependencies and risk management), Client Management (setting and delivering expectations, change management, meeting business objective) and Work Management (plan, task, time and critical path). She views the project office as an organizational mechanism that assists project managers in consistently achieving project goals by providing assistance in planning, estimating, scheduling, contracting/procurement, monitoring and controlling projects. Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children. She also enjoys researching her family's genealogy and is an enthusiastic hockey and soccer fan.


Scott Montgomery: VP Sales and Marketing

Scott Montgomery Scott Montgomery focuses on developing Worldgate's strategy for establishing strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with clients. Scott has over 15 years of experience within the IT field and leads Worldgate's business development team. During his tenure he has specialized in Requirements Gathering, Production Support, Change Management and Data Warehousing in the telecommunication and K-12 education industries. Scott graduated college with honors and currently holds a real estate license in Virginia. Scott actively participates in olympic and sprint triathlons, hoping to finish in a future Ironman event.


Justin Zubrick: Director of Sales and Marketing

Justin ZubrickJustin leads our efforts in establishing strong working relationships with our clients and partners. He is a team leader and responsible for building a reputable name for Worldgate in the IT community and within the industries we serve. Justin holds a B.A. in Business Management from Old Dominion University. Justin brings valuable experience in the education industry having worked at Northern Virginia Community College, Day Schools, and SCORE educational centers. Justin currently coaches high school basketball and youth hockey.
