Peak Performance Yoga Birthday Locations:
Birthday Parties can be booked at the yoga studio or in your home.
Cost:
- $90 for up to 5 child/parent guests + birthday child/parent
- Extra guests are $15 per parent/child pair
Length:
The yoga party will run about 50-55 minutes long (depending on arrivals).
Food and Drinks:
We are happy to accommodate snacks/cake/drinks. All snacks and foods will be organic yummy whole and natural foods.
Decorations and Goodie Bags:
Parents are free to bring decorations or party may be themed and designed by our staff. The same applies to goodie bags, which may be provided by parents. We also have several options for goodie bags depending on the age of the child.
Invitations:
Peak Performance will provide you with a welcome letter to include in your birthday invitations. This letter is personalized to your child’s particular birthday (with date, time, location and driving directions) celebration and will let parents who are new to yoga know a little about what to expect. If you would like to include the insurance waiver in the invitation (to save time before the party) Peak Performance is happy to provide the forms for you. Peak Performance can create beautiful birthday invitations, include all welcome letter and waiver info and even mail them out to your guests! We can make arrangements to have the party guests RSVP directly to you or we'd be glad to handle and follow up with RSVPs.
Booking Your Yoga Party:
Parties can be booked during the week or on the weekends and are based on studio and instructor availability. A non-refundable deposit of $50 will book your party. The balance for the party may be paid at the conclusion of the birthday event. Please call 215-517-5020 for email to inquire about available dates and times.
Birthday Party Extras
Less work for you allows you to enjoy the party more!
These birthday party extras are designed to help simplify your party planning and make your birthday party a relaxing, fun and memorable experience.
Invitations:
Peak Performance can create beautiful birthday invitations, include all welcome letter and waiver info and even mail them out to your guests! We can make arrangements to have the party guests RSVP directly to you or we'd be glad to handle and follow up with RSVPs.
- Invitation Design & Mailing: $25(includes all personalized paper invites and welcome letter design, printing & copying) for up to 10 invitations plus mailing costs
- RSVP service: $5 for up to 10 invitations
Opening Presents:
The studio rental can be extended in 1/2 hour increments to accommodate the opening of presents. We will even keep track of the party gifts and who the gift is from so you can relax, enjoy and take pictures of this memorable day. You can leave the gift wrapping clean up to us.
- Studio rental extension: $20 per 1/2 hour, detailed party gift tracking is free. Please book the studio extension with a minimum of 3-weeks notice as it is dependant on studio and party host availability
Goodie Bags:
to find gifts that will get you the most for your money-to find gifts that will stretch your dollar farther but never resorting to "cheap" filler goodies. We look to create gifts that are unique, earth friendly and creative.
- Goodie Bag costs: You set your budget at $5, $8 or $10 per bag
- Shopping & Assembly: $20 for up to 10 goodie bags (plus Goodie bag budget)

Food and Drinks:
Would you like to have a pizza party after the yoga party? We can make homemade beautiful pizzas or order them out for you. We can even buy your birthday plates, flatware, cups, and napkins to go along with your party. We suggest keeping with the flow and theme of a yoga party arranging for our homemade organic foods and snacks to make your day not only happy but healthy too! Several menu options are available.
